What You’ll Do n

n
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store
n
- Lead, coach, and performance manage the store team to build a strong and engaged culture
n
- Assist with achieving sales targets, gross profit, and operational KPIs
n
- Manage team rosters to balance customer service, team engagement, and commercial outcomes
n
- Oversee stock processing, merchandising standards, and loss prevention practices
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
n
- Respond to customer escalations and feedback when required
n
- Assume Store Manager responsibilities during periods of absence
n

What We’re Looking For n

- Previous experience in retail leadership (Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar)




n
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
n
- Experience managing rosters, store costs, and operational priorities
n
- A confident, hands‑on leader who leads by example
n
- Strong commercial awareness with a customer‑first mindset
n
- Resilience, accountability, and a solution‑focused approach
