About The Opportunity

n

We are seeking a Project Manager with project delivery experience and a proven ability to foster long-term client relationships and consistently deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.

n

Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will oversee the successful delivery of high-value signage and branding projects from inception through to completion. You'll also play an integral role in mentoring Project Managers, strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

n

This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Underdale (SA) branch.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the successful delivery of complex signage and branding projects from award through to completion
n
- Manage strategic client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
n
- Oversee project planning, procurement, manufacturing,



logistics and installation activities
n
- Drive project profitability through strong commercial management, forecasting and cost control
n
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring programs remain on schedule
n
- Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes
n
- Mentor and support Project Managers, sharing knowledge and fostering continuous improvement
n
- Work collaboratively with estimating, operations and leadership teams to drive business performance
n
- Identify new opportunities within existing client portfolios and contribute to business growth
n
- Champion a culture of safety, quality and exceptional customer service
n

About You

n

You're a confident and highly capable Project Manager who thrives on responsibility, enjoys solving complex challenges and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

n

To be successful, you'll ideally possess:

n

n
- Experience managing commercial projects within the signage, construction, fit-out, manufacturing or a related industry.
n
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, budgets and delivery program
n
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term client relationships
n
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to manage project profitability and contractual obligations
n
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to mentor,



influence and develop others within a cooperative team environment
n
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
n
- A current driver's licence
n
