Your Role

n

As Sales Manager at Bartons Capalaba, you'll play a key role in leading our sales operation and developing a high-performing team.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
n
- Driving vehicle sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction and team performance
n
- Setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable for results
n




- Managing daily sales operations, enquiries, leads and follow-up
n
- Coaching sales consultants to improve their skills and performance
n
- Maintaining a strong customer-first culture throughout the dealership
n
- Working closely with senior management and other departments to maximise dealership performance
n
- Recruiting and developing talented sales professionals
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, profitability and customer experience
n
- Leading from the front and setting the standard for professionalism and performance
n

About You

n

We're looking for a genuine automotive leader who knows how to build a team, drive performance and create results.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant
n
- A strong track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
n
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people-management skills
n
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and dealership KPIs
n
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
n
- A high level of energy, resilience and accountability
n
- A customer-first mindset
n
- The ability to lead by example and bring out the best in your team
n
- A current Australian driver's licence
n
