This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact multi-site leadership role, overseeing an established portfolio of clubs across Melbourne's eastern and northern suburbs.

Built for a hands-on operator, this role is about leading from the front, setting the standard, developing your people, and owning the commercial outcomes of your region.

The Role

n

This is not an office role. You'll be in the clubs, leading from the front, building capability in your team, and ensuring each location is operating at a high standard across sales, service, and retention.

n

You'll act as the critical link between senior leadership and your clubs, translating strategy into action, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing future leaders within your network.

Key Responsibilities

- Full ownership of club performance across 7 locations
n
- Driving sales, revenue, and profit outcomes
n
- Leading, mentoring, and developing Club Managers and their teams
n
- Embedding clear KPIs, accountability, and performance standards
n
- Building a solid, consistent team culture across all sites
n
- Overseeing staff training, development, and progression
n
- Ensuring a high-quality, consistent member experience
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow your region
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- 3+ years experience running a high volume club or multiple sites (fitness, retail, hospitality or similar)
n
- Proven ability to drive sales and business performance
n
- A lead-by-example leader who is present, visible, and respected
n
- Strong people leadership with a passion for developing others
n
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of KPIs and profit drivers
n
- Someone ready to step into, or already operating within, a multi-site leadership role
n

The Package

- Generous base + super + bonus
n
- Average $2,000+/month bonus
n
- OTE circa $110K-$150K
n
- Additional earning potential through % of regional revenue performance
n
