Pet Circle Pharmacy is hiring a customer-focused specialist for our Pemulwuy on-site team. This part time role handles high-volume customer support via email and live chat, with some calls, while ensuring prescriptions and orders are processed accurately.

You will assist with prescription administration, order fulfilment, and data entry, while collaborating with clinics and delivery partners. A keen pet-health interest and willingness to learn are essential.
