Job Description

CSR is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team at Brendale, QLD. This full-time role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and focuses on people and process leadership to safeguard health, safety, the environment, and CSR's code of conduct.

You will champion a safety-first culture, supervise rotating shifts, ensure product quality, and work with cross-functional peers to drive improvements while maintaining strong in office leadership and engagement.
