Seeking Passionate and Skilled SEN Tutors!

We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutors to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of students. If you're passionate about helping children with unique learning needs and thrive in a personalised teaching setting, we want to hear from you!

Ideal Candidates:

n

n
- Have experience in SEN teaching (Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, etc.)
n
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Able to adapt lessons to suit a variety of learning styles
n
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success
n
- Qualified in education or relevant SEN-related fields (QTS/PGCE/SEN qualifications)
n

This tutor role involves:

n

n
- planning lessons and resources around the student's needs. This could be in the core subjects or life skills;
n
- plan and deliver engaging sessions.
n
- apply skills to raise pupils' confidence.
n
- manage children with challenging behaviour.
n




- track the learning progress of the student to achieve their desired learning outcomes and being able to provide monthly reports.
n
- potentially engage in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature with the student,
n
- learn about visuals to communicate in some cases.
n
