Job Description

Create detailed manufacturing and production documentation for custom cabinetry projects.

Develop and maintain Cabinet Vision drawings, reports and production outputs.

n

Generate CNC-ready manufacturing data and machine files.

n

Review project designs for buildability, accuracy and production efficiency.

n

Coordinate project workflows, schedules and production requirements.

n

Liaise with designers, suppliers, trades and installation teams throughout project delivery.

n

Assist with procurement and material planning activities.

n

Maintain quality control standards and ensure documentation accuracy.

n

Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and production processes.

n

Provide technical support and problem-solving across multiple projects.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience within custom cabinetry or high-end residential joinery.
n
- Advanced Cabinet Vision proficiency (essential).
n
- Strong understanding of cabinetry construction techniques and manufacturing processes.
n




- Experience producing detailed manufacturing documentation for premium residential projects.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience in CNC manufacturing environments.
n
- Knowledge of premium hardware systems such as Hettich, Blum or similar.
n
- Experience across kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms and whole-home joinery.
n
- Understanding of procurement, scheduling and project coordination.
