Darwin NT Fixed Term contract until 02/2027 Monday to Friday

Synergie Australia is seeking an organised and proactive Sales, Training & Safety Support professional to join a well-established business based in Winnellie.

n

This is a varied position combining WHS and training coordination, internal sales, customer service and administration, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being involved across different areas of a business.

About the Role n

Working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Coordinating employee and contractor inductions
n
- Supporting WHS processes, hazard reporting and incident investigations
n
- Conducting scheduled workplace safety inspections
n
- Maintaining training records and coordinating training requirements
n
- Following up outstanding training and refresher requirements
n
- Monitoring the sales inbox and responding to customer enquiries
n
- Following up quotes and estimates
n
- Assisting walk-in customers and processing orders
n
- Liaising with production, schedulers and site contacts regarding deliveries and priorities
n




- Providing general administration and operational support to the branch
n

About You n

We're looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience in administration, WHS, training coordination, internal sales or a similar role
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- An understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team
n

n

A Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety would be highly regarded but is not essential.
