An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established commercial construction business on a $15M new build project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys working on quality projects, takes pride in delivering a high standard of construction, and wants to be part of a well-resourced and supportive project team.

nThe Role: n
n

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

n
nKey responsibilities will include: n
n

n
n
- Managing all site-based construction activities from commencement through to completion
n
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
n
n
- Managing site safety, quality and environmental requirements
n
n
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with project plans, specifications and programme
n
n
- Monitoring project progress and driving programme outcomes
n
n
- Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team
n
n
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
n
n
- Identifying and resolving issues on site
n
n
- Maintaining a high standard of site presentation, quality and workmanship
n
n

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background and a proven ability to successfully deliver projects of a similar scale.

- Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
n
n
- Experience delivering current build projects
n
n
- Strong subcontractor and site management skills
n
n
- Excellent understanding of construction programmes, safety and quality
n
n
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
n
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain project momentum
n
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
n
- Relevant construction qualifications and site-based experience
n
n
