CALL CENTRE / CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT
We are a busy Technology Company based in Victoria seeking an enthusiastic person with an outgoing personality to become part of our Customer Service Team.
n This position will be full time.
n Experience in IT software would be an advantage, however not essential as training will be provided.
n You must possess excellent written and verbal communication, Customer Service skills, enjoy working in a rapid paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
n Your main focus will be Customer bookings and Customer Service enquiries, as well and liaising with the Despatch team.
