Key Responsibilities: n
n

n
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in a protected, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
n
- Assist in implementing fun,



play-based educational programs in line with the EYLF.
n
- Support permanent centre staff by seamlessly stepping in during busy periods, staff absences, or scheduled leave.
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
n
- Maintain excellent supervision and adhere to National Quality Standards (NQS) and health and safety regulations.
n

What We're Looking For: n
n

n
- Hold aCertificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification or be actively studying an ACECQA-approved qualification.
n
- A valid Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for paid employment.
n
- Current food handling certificate and GECCKO National Child Safety Certificate (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).
n
- Minimum 2 days of availability per week, with flexibility for occasional short-notice shifts.
n
- Valid working rights within Australia.
n
- Excellent communication, a proactive work ethic, and a genuine love for working with young children.
n
