Job Description

UGL Pty Limited is seeking an Aboriginal Engagement Coordinator to lead community engagement for the Humelink West project in NSW. You will be the primary contact for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, guiding employment opportunities and partnerships with local businesses.

You will develop and implement strategies to attract Indigenous talent, support employees, and promote inclusive practices across the project.
