Job Description

Fluence, a global energy storage leader, seeks a Site Manager to lead the construction of BESS projects in Australia. You will drive in office delivery, manage schedule, budget, safety, and interface with project teams to exceed stakeholder expectations.

This 12-month contract reports to Fluence's Senior Construction Manager/Director of Construction. You will coordinate HV electrical installations, earthworks, mechanical and electrical cabling, and ensure smooth handover to commissioning.
