About the role:

n

As Current Vehicle Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales operation for new vehicles, driving results through strong leadership and a commitment to an outstanding customer experience.

n

Your day-to-day will also include:

n

n
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales consultants so that every team member grows alongside the business
n
- Setting and monitoring sales targets, giving you clear visibility of your team's impact on the dealership's performance
n
- Managing stock levels and vehicle ordering to keep the showroom well-presented and ready to convert
n
- Building relationships with manufacturer representatives, keeping you connected to the latest product updates and programs
n
- Reviewing sales performance data and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and gross profit
n
- Ensuring every customer interaction meets the standard that keeps buyers coming back and referring others
n

About You:

n

You are a proven automotive sales leader who finds genuine satisfaction in developing people and delivering results through a well-run team.

n

More about you:

n

n
- Experience in a new vehicle sales management role within a franchised dealership environment
n
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through team performance rather than individual effort alone
n
- Strong understanding of dealership financial metrics, including gross profit and F&I; penetration
n
- Current Queensland motor dealer licence, or eligibility to obtain one
n




- Confident communicator who can work constructively with manufacturer partners and internal stakeholders
n
- Familiarity with dealer management systems to support accurate reporting and stock management
n
