nThe Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For n
n

n
- Maximising owners’ income through maintenance plans, lease renewal, and rent increase process.
n
- Complete and submit rental bond documents
n
- Organise property repairs and maintenance
n
- Provide advice to property owners and tenants on preventative and planned maintenance
n
- Control tenancies.
n
- Organise compliance requirements for properties;
n
- Account for rents and expenses to property owners;
n
- Appear before, and provide advice to property owners on, Residential Tenancy Tribunal matters (including termination of tenancies);
n
- Manage rental arrears
n

n
nCandidate Will Need To Have n
n

n
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Property Manager from end to end
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n




- Exceptional time management
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with a mature approach to handling all residential provider and renter enquiries
n
- Current drivers licence and a reliable car
n
- Agents Representative Certificate and a clear police check
n
- Knowledge of leading PM Software including PropertyMe, RP Data, Inspection Express
n
