Casual Retail Professional - Harbour Town Factory Outlet, Gold Coast

We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in the Gold Coast, QLD on a CASUAL basis.

n

Key responsibilities:

- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
n
- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations in a fast-paced selling environment.
n
- The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
n
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
n
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
n

Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated,



energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a rapid paced environment.
