Job Description

Everi Pty is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a hands‑on leadership role across premium weddings, large-scale functions and the venue’s cellar door and wine bar. You will support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen in their absence and contribute to seasonal menus and creative specials.
