Are you a skilled Construction Labourer or Plant Operator looking for your next long-term opportunity?

QA Build is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our team on a brand-new GemLife community in New Gisborne. This is a rare opportunity to get involved from the very beginning of a major residential development, helping establish the site and becoming a key part of the team from day one.

With approximately 250 homes planned for construction, this project offers genuine long-term work, excellent job security, and the chance to build a lasting career with a growing organisation. This role will commence on a casual basis, with genuine opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For n

n
- Construction Industry White Card
n
- Excavator and Skid Steer tickets (additional operating tickets highly regarded)
n
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Previous construction labouring experience
n




- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to get stuck in
n

Key Responsibilities nn
- General construction labouring duties
n
- Operating excavators and skid steers
n
- Assisting trades and site supervisors
n
- Site establishment, preparation, and ongoing maintenance
n
- Loading, unloading, and movement of materials
n
- General housekeeping and site clean-up
n
- Maintaining safe work practices and complying with site safety requirements
n
