nKey Responsibilitiesn
nTeach Chemistry to secondary school students, including HSC-level classes.n
nExplain complex scientific concepts clearly and accurately.n
nPrepare and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.n
nAssist students with examination techniques and problem-solving skills.n
nMark student work and provide constructive feedback.n
nMaintain a positive, focused and supportive classroom workplace.n
nEssential Requirementsn
nStrong knowledge of the NSW Chemistry syllabus.n
nRelevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Chemistry or Education.n




nExcellent communication and classroom-management skills.n
nReliability, professionalism and a genuine interest in student improvement.n
nA current Working with Children Check.n
n
nPrevious teaching or tutoring experience is highly regarded. University students completing a relevant degree may also be considered if they possess strong Chemistry knowledge and teaching ability.n
