Job Description n

Wellways is seeking a First Nations Recovery Worker in Windsor/Richmond to provide culturally secure, recovery-oriented support within the Community Living Support program. You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants to help them achieve recovery goals and reconnect with culture and community.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, complete recovery plans, assessments and documentation, and travel across the region to meet participants where they are.
