Goal Indigenous Services are seeking a skilled & motivated Business Development Manager to join our client in Rowville, Melbourne Victoria.

Responsibilities:

- Acquire new Commercial & Industrial clients through lead databases & active prospecting
n
- Build & manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
n
- Manage & convert inbound & outbound Commercial & Industrial leads
n
- Deliver tailored proposals & recommend energy solutions aligned to client goals
n
- Build strong, ongoing client relationships
n
- Use CRM tools to manage daily workflow & reporting
n
- Prepare client presentations highlighting energy savings & sustainability advantages
n
- Educate clients on energy efficiency options including solar, battery, & LED
n

Essential:

- Driver's license & own vehicle
n
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
n
- Driven,



confident communicator with a proactive, target-focused mindset
n
- High level of computer literacy
n

Desired:

- 2+ years' sales experience (phone-based or face-to-face). Sales experience preferred but not essential. We're after someone honest, hardworking, willing to learn & we will teach the energy side on the job.
