Reporting to a supportive Supervisor this role has the autonomy and job variety that will enable you to strengthen your settlements experience. In the role you will:

n

- Review and consolidate consumer and commercial loan documents

n
- Ensure loan contracts comply with company policies

n
- Advise and assist Dealers, Brokers, and Customers to rectify discrepancies within loan applications

n




- Verify the employment status of retail customers

n
- Liaise with retail and commercial credit teams to ensure NCCP, AML, and company policies and procedures are followed

n

Requirements n

n
- Minimum 2 years of settlements or compliance experience working for a finance company

n
- Robust verbal and written communication skills

n
- Exceptional attention to detail

n
- Outstanding problem-solving ability

n
- Knowledge of compliance obligations NCCP, AML, and ACL

n
