About the Role

We're looking for someone to proactively chase the wholesale/site based sales opportunities but will also take ownership of the larger projects as they come in. The entire state is already profitable, with a robust pipeline, existing clients and revenue for this FY ready for the right person to take it on and own it, and grow it - you'll earn commission from the get go.

Responsibilities

- Proactively chase wholesale/site based sales opportunities.
n
- Take ownership of larger projects as they come in.
n
- Identify opportunities on site and recommend solutions.
n
- Pull work through established wholesaler networks.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Experience selling into mine sites, electrical contractors and/or wholesalers.
n
- Electrical trade background highly advantageous.
n

n

Required Skills

n

n
- Genuine new business hunter.
n
- Enjoys being client-facing and on the road.
n
- Happy to travel to regional WA mining territories (every 5-6 weeks).
n
- Commercially driven and motivated by commission.
n
- Can build pipeline and create opportunities proactively.
n




- Ideally understands industrial/electrical lighting, although broader electrical sales backgrounds will also be considered.
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Experience in mine site electrical maintenance.
n
- Commercially minded electrician who has moved into sales and understands the mining/electrical environment.
n

Pay range and compensation package

n

n
- Base salary $130,000 + super + car allowance (20k) /tools of trade.
n
- Genuinely lucrative uncapped commission structure OTE upwards of 200k.
n
- Monthly commission payments.
n
- Existing WA pipeline already in place.
n
- Flexibility on WA location.
n
- High-autonomy role with strong internal support.
