An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Venue Manager to join the opening team of a brand-new hospitality and entertainment venue.

This is a great opportunity to get involved from the beginning, working alongside a fantastic and experienced General Manager to help launch the venue, build a strong team and establish a positive culture from day one.

n

We're looking for a confident, hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing their team and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

n

About the Role

n

As Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the opening and ongoing operation of this busy, family-focused venue offering quality food, beverage and entertainment.

n

Working closely with the General Manager and wider senior leadership team, you'll help establish operational standards, develop the venue team and ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.

n

You'll have the opportunity to put your stamp on a new venue while having the support of an experienced General Manager and an established hospitality group behind you.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Play a key role in the successful opening and launch of the new venue

n

Work closely with the General Manager on day-to-day operations

n

Lead the venue with a hands-on management style

n

Build, develop and motivate a solid venue team

n

Drive excellent customer service and high operational standards

n

Manage rosters, labour costs, stock control and venue performance

n

Build a positive, accountable and engaged team culture

n

Ensure compliance with food safety,



liquor licensing and workplace procedures

n

Support the achievement of operational and financial goals

n

About You

n

Previous experience as a Venue Manager or experienced Assistant Manager

n

A strong people leader who enjoys developing and motivating teams

n

Confident managing busy service periods and remaining calm under pressure

n

Good understanding of labour management, stock control and venue profitability

n

Strong communication and organisational skills

n

A hands-on operator who leads from the front

n

Available to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends

n

Excited by the opportunity to help launch and shape a brand-new venue

n

What's On Offer

$75,000–$85,000 + Super, depending on experience
