Are you an experienced Architect ready to take ownership of landmark multi-residential projects? We are partnering with a highly regarded design practice known for delivering innovative, high-quality residential communities across Queensland.

Due to a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a talented Project Lead Architect to lead projects from design development through to delivery.

n

The Role

n

As a Project Lead Architect, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multi-residential developments, managing projects through all key stages while coordinating consultants, clients, and internal teams.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Leading multi-residential projects from concept through to completion
n
- Managing project programs, deliverables, and client expectations
n
- Coordinating consultants and stakeholder engagement
n
- Leading documentation and technical delivery within Revit
n
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
n
- Ensuring projects meet design, quality, compliance, and commercial objectives
n




- Working closely with Directors and senior leadership on project strategy
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Proven experience leading medium to large-scale multi-residential projects
n
- Strong technical and project delivery capabilities
n
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines
n
- Robust understanding of Australian building codes and construction processes
n
- Architectural registration preferred but not essential
n
- A collaborative and proactive approach to leadership
n
