Yo-Chi started as a single venue in Balaclava back in 2012. Fast forward to today and we're a 75+ strong, family owned Aussie brand serving up frozen yogurt and valuable energy.

We're on the hunt for an Assistant Venue Leader to help run the show at our Top Ryde venue. It's a fast paced, high energy environment where you'll play a key role in shaping the team and the customer experience.

The role:

n

n
- Partner with the Venue Leader to keep day to day operations running like clockwork
n
- Support sales, labour and COGS targets through smart, efficient venue management
n
- Bring the energy to every shift and make sure guests (and your team) have a great time
n
- Train, mentor and grow team members into future leaders
n
- Uphold Yo-Chi's standards for product quality, service and cleanliness
n
- Handle the operational essentials: stock, ordering, cash handling, rostering and admin
n
- Stay on top of food safety,



WHS and compliance requirements

- Problem solve on the fly and lead from the front during peak periods
n
- Build a culture where the team shows up, works hard, and has fun doing it
n

What we're after:

- 2+ years leading teams in hospitality or retail
n
- A genuine people person who knows how to build a strong team
n
- Someone hands on, positive and accountable
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
