EVT Limited, through its EVT Hotels division, is recruiting a Bar Supervisor for Rydges North Sydney. You will lead a crew behind the bar, showcasing cocktail mixology and a memorable guest-experience focus.

The role suits energetic, friendly professionals who read the room and stay adaptable across shifts. You’ll mentor and train staff, manage beverage knowledge, and contribute to a warm, team-oriented bar culture that aligns with EVT’s service standards across our hotels and entertainment
