- Base salary $91K-$109K

Do you love sport? Can't stop watching and listening to podcasts? Do you understand what makes a social clip sing? We're looking for the next gun producer to join our team and grow our podcast offering across AFL, cricket and NRL.
n
Join ABC Audio Studios as an Audio and Video Producer on a full time, approximately 12-month contract based in Melbourne, creating original pod/vodcasts and related digital content that grows audience reach across our podcast slate.

You will:
n

- Work with on-air talent to produce distinctive podcast and vodcast content, from research and scripting through to editing.
n
- Work on vodcast shoots - set, lighting, multi-camera filming and editing.
n
- Support pre-production and help develop and refine workflows and schedules with the Executive Producer.
n
- Spot digital-first content opportunities and publish shareable content that grows and engages audiences across platforms.
n
- Publish to deadline via ABC CMS, ensuring rights compliance and consistency with ABC style and editorial policies.

About You
n
You're a creative,
technically skilled producer who thrives across the full spectrum of audio and video content, with a genuine love of sport, who knows how to make content land with an audience.
n
n
- Experience in the sport media industry.
n
- Advanced, hands-on experience across audio and video production, including cameras, microphones, lighting and related hardware.
n
- Skilled in CMS platforms, social media, and editing software such as Premiere Pro or equivalent.
n
- Strong writer and communicator with sharp editorial judgement and attention to detail.
n
- Deep understanding of social media trends, conventions and analytics, with a proven ability to create engaging, authentic content for broad audiences.
n
- Independent and collaborative, able to juggle multiple projects and competing deadlines.
n
