- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel reservations

- Book and manage flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages

- Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget

- Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and promotions

- Process changes, cancellations, and special requests

- Maintain accurate client records and booking details

- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process
