RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort invites applications for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen for our soon-to-reopen coastal resort. You will design seasonal menus, manage budgets, and uphold the highest food-quality and safety standards.

You will work with the Food & Beverage team to create memorable guest dining experiences, supervise and develop staff, and ensure WHS compliance across a seven-day roster including weekends and public holidays. In office accommodation in Sydney, NSW, AU.
