Job Responsibilities:

n

n
- Carrying out dimensional and manual inspection of precision-engineered components
n
- Inspecting components against engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards
n
- Using a range of precision measurement and inspection equipment
n
- Supporting calibration and ensuring inspection equipment remains accurate and fit for use
n




- Operating CMM equipment and carrying out programmed inspections where required
n
- Identifying and reporting non-conformances and quality issues
n
- Working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
n

Essential Skills:

n

n
- Ideally experienced within a precision engineering, motorsport, automotive or similar manufacturing environment
n
- Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
n
- Good understanding of dimensional measurement techniques
n
- CMM operation experience is highly desirable
