Job Description

Uniting AgeWell in Victoria is hiring part time Home Care Workers to travel between clients' homes, providing personalised support that helps older people stay independent and connected to their communities.

These roles require daytime availability across at least three weekdays per week, with 20 hours per fortnight contracted. Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support and a commitment to our BEST philosophy.
