About the role

n

You'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, people-focused payroll service across the firm's national workforce. Working closely with multiple departments, you'll ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement of payroll processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Providing friendly, professional, and timely payroll support to all employees

n

Ensuring full compliance with company policies, awards, and employment legislation

n

Managing payroll adjustments, leave reconciliations, terminations, and related tasks

n

Interpreting awards and agreements to ensure accurate pay outcomes

n

Maintaining payroll systems and ensuring data integrity

n

Processing and verifying weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year reports

n

Administering workcover and other payroll-related matters

n

About you

n

Positive, diligent, and team-oriented, with a proactive approach

n

Highly organised with excellent time management skills

n

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

Demonstrated payroll experience and sound understanding of Fair Work / employment standards

n

Strong administration and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability

n
