Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) operates its 100% owned high-grade Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a long mine life and is forecast to produce 150-170koz in FY27.

Underground mining has occurred since late 2020 to establish multiple mining fronts that de‐risks production with exploration in progress to expand the current high‐grade resource.

The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 40km to the north west of Leinster in the Goldfields region of Western Australia and sits in a major gold, lithium and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled Board of Directors and Management team with a track record of discovery success and corporate growth and a strong supportive global institutional shareholder base.

Bellevue Goldhas achieved its ambitious goal of net zero (Scope 1 and Scope 2) greenhouse gas emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project. This milestone has been underpinned by a sector‐leading renewable energy power station, designed to deliver approximately 80–90% renewable energy penetration and support Bellevue's position as a low‐carbon gold producer.

Reporting to the Supply Supervisor, you will assist as their 2IC and oversee the Supply Officers to ensure a high quality of warehouse services and efficient inventory management to meet the operational requirements.

n

This position is offered on a full‐time basis, working 12 hours per day on an 8 days on,



6 days off roster at our Bellevue Gold Project outside of Leinster WA.

n

Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

n

- Assist the Supply Supervisor as their 2IC, to maximise mining and processing uptime by proactively managing stock levels of critical spares and consumables in line with agreed min/max levels to ensure availability when required.
n
- Supervise the Supply Officers in all supply related disciplines including warehouse, inventory and reporting.
n
- Assisting with issuing physical items (including back orders) in an effective and effective manner.
n
- Supervising and assisting in the effective, efficient & safe unloading of transport.
n
- Supervising and assisting with processing of physical goods inwards, including receiving, unloading, unpacking and checking quantities against purchase orders/records for accuracy.
n
- Effective and efficient packing, documenting, manifesting and dispatch of goods for back loading.
n
- Ensuring that the Warehouse and yard areas are cleaned frequently to promote a clean and safe workplace.

- Coordinating of stock counts to agreed cyclic count schedules.
n
- Providing technical advice, support and mentoring to Supply Officers.
n
- Assist to develop and maintain warehouse and supply policies and procedures to ensure activities are carried out in a planned and consistent manner.

- Ensure that warehouse bin locations are kept in suitable condition for the effective storage of inventory items.
n
- Supervising and assisting with the rotable / repairable type items to ensure prompt return to inventory.
n
- Attend and contribute to weekly supply communication meetings.
n
- Supervising and assisting in storing all dangerous or hazardous goods in accordance with legislation, regulations, and procedures.
n
- Operating forklifts, to load and unload trucks, store and relocate pallets and goods, in accordance with legislation, regulations, and procedures.
n
- Establish and monitor direct reports performance, role and behavioral expectations.

Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies:

- High Risk Forklift Licence is essential
n
- C Class Driver License
n
- Certificate in Storage & Handling of Dangerous Goods
n
- Experience with Pronto ERP software preferred
n
- Understand of general mining operations
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
