SEAM Spatial is looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team on Bribie Island. This is a hands‐on role supporting a broad range of People & Culture activities and helping create a positive experience for our employees from onboarding through to offboarding.
n
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in HR administration,
office administration or a related support role who is looking to grow their career in People & Culture.
n
Ideal Candidate Profile
n
We're looking for someone who is proactive, approachable and highly organised, with a genuine interest in supporting people and the business.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
- Experience in HR administration, office administration, travel coordination or a similar support role
n
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or currently studying towards one (desirable)
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
n
- A practical, problem‐solving mindset and a "can do" attitude
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
n
- Experience with an HRIS such as ELMO is desirable
n
- Experience with travel booking systems is desirable
n
n
You'll be someone who can stay organised when priorities change, communicate confidently with people at all levels and take ownership of getting things done.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
As the People and Culture Administrator you will be responsible for:
n
n
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, workflows and HR system updates
n
- Maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS data and personnel files
n
- Providing support to employees using HR systems and internal platforms
n
- Assisting with remuneration and benefits administration
n
- Coordinating uniforms, welcome packs and employee communications
n
- Maintaining training, qualification and certification records
n
- Supporting compliance reporting, audits, inductions and learning and development activities
n
- Assisting with document control and compliance requirements
n
- Coordinating employee and contractor travel, including flights, accommodation and car hire
n
- Supporting FIFO/DIDO rosters and conference and event travel arrangements
n
- Managing travel enquiries, cancellations, credits and itinerary changes
n
- Supporting internal communications, shared calendars, rosters and administrative systems
n
- Providing general administrative and systems support as required
n
n
