Job Description

We're partnering with an established organisation undergoing significant transformation to find a Senior Business Analyst who can bring strong delivery capability, but just as importantly, help lift the capability of the broader BA team.

This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to gather requirements and move onto the next project. You'll work closely with an existing team of BAs, helping take a good function to the next level through coaching, mentoring, stronger standards and consistent ways of working.

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Coaching and mentoring BAs, helping develop their capability and confidence
n
- Owning and continuously improving BA standards, frameworks and ways of working
n
- Leading complex initiatives from discovery and requirements through to implementation and BAU handover
n
- Facilitating workshops and working closely with senior and executive stakeholders
n
- Translating complex business problems into practical solution options and recommendations
n
- Current and future-state process mapping, gap analysis and continuous improvement
n
- Producing high-quality requirements,



process documentation and analysis artefacts
n
- Acting as a trusted advisor across business, transformation and technology teams
n
- Working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Solid end-to-end Business Analysis experience across complex transformation initiatives
n
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring or uplifting other BAs
n
- Experience establishing or improving BA standards, templates, playbooks or quality
n
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and constructively challenging stakeholders
n
- Strong workshop facilitation, requirements and process improvement capability
n
- The ability to operate across both strategic thinking and detailed delivery
n
- Experience across technology-enabled transformation and complex system change
n
