Programmed Facility Management is seeking experienced Line Chefs to join our team at a brand-new accommodation village in the Pilbara, supporting our client PLS.

n

With capacity for up to 200 people, this is an exciting opportunity to join a new operation from the beginning and play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience for residents on site.

n

This is a permanent full-time position on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth , working 12-hour shifts across both day and night operations.

The Chance n

As a Line Chef, you will work as part of a high-performing kitchen team preparing and serving meals for a large FIFO workforce. You will be responsible for maintaining quality, consistency and presentation across all meals while working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced camp environment.

Your roster will include one week of day shift followed by one week of night shift , providing variety across your swing.

n

This is a new kitchen and a new team, giving you the opportunity to be part of establishing strong standards, processes and culture from the outset.

What You'll Be Doing n

- Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard and in line with established menus and recipes
n
- Working across breakfast, lunch and dinner services in a high-volume camp kitchen
n
- Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency
n
- Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
n
- Working collaboratively with Chefs and kitchen staff to deliver meals efficiently
n
- Supporting the broader kitchen operation as required
n




- Contributing to a positive team environment and maintaining high standards across the kitchen

About You n

We're looking for experienced FIFO Chefs who take pride in producing quality food and understand what it takes to work in a high-volume camp kitchen.

n

You will be a team player with a strong work ethic, good communication skills and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

n

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous FIFO camp catering experience (Essential)
n
- A Chef qualification obtained from an Australian institute
n
- Experience working in a high-volume commercial kitchen
n
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- A current C Class driver's licence
n
- Long-term Australian working rights
