Starting from $81,120 per annum plus superannuation, negotiable based on experience; relocation allowance may be available.

About The Role
n
As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you'll provide mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services for our members and customers. You'll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, with a focus on safe, high-quality workmanship that meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
n
This is a hands‐on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.

About You
n
n
- Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related trade.
n
- Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule.
n
- Excellent problem‐solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
n
- A customer‐first mindset and solid communication skills.
n
- Hold current C Class Driver Licence or equivalent.
n
- Ability to successfully complete a pre‐employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check.
