No previous truck driving experience is required.

About the Opportunity
n
Based at our Dubbo branch on Wiradjuri Country, you'll join a supportive team and learn how to safely operate rear lift collection vehicles servicing customers through the Container Deposit Scheme (CDS).
n
Working alongside experienced drivers and operational leaders, you'll gain valuable hands‐on experience while building a long‐term career with Australia's leading waste management and resource recovery company.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Learning to safely operate a rear lift collection vehicle
n
- Completing daily vehicle inspections and safety checks
n
- Collecting recyclable containers from collection locations
n
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
n
- Performing manual handling activities throughout your shift
n
- Following safe work procedures and operational processes
n
- Developing skills through structured training and mentoring
n
n
What We're Looking For

You don't need truck driving experience.
n

To be successful, you'll need:

- A current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Have a minimum of 8 demerit points available on licence
n
- Commitment to obtaining a Heavy Rigid Licence
n
- Willingness to complete a pre‐employment medical assessment
n
- Willingness to complete drug and alcohol testing
n
- Ability to work early morning starts
n
- Comfort working outdoors and undertaking physical tasks
n
- Commitment to completing the Driver Academy program
n
