Key Responsibilities Community & Member Experience n
n
- Be the friendly face of the space - welcoming members and visitors and creating a strong first impression
n
- Act as the go-to person for members, providing support across in-person, phone and email enquiries
n
- Build genuine relationships with members and foster a strong sense of community
n
- Deliver a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new members
n
- Plan and host community events, including weekly socials and monthly breakfasts
n
- Create and share communications that keep members informed and connected
n
Sales & Space Operations nn
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the coworking space alongside the Regional Manager
n
- Respond to enquiries, run space tours and convert leads into memberships
n
- Maintain high presentation standards across the space at all times
n
- Support local marketing initiatives (including social media and community outreach)
n
- Assist with general administration and operational tasks
n
- Take a hands-on approach - no job is too small
n
New Site Operational Support nn
- Assist with setup of the new coworking space, including arranging furniture, signage, kitchen supplies, and general presentation.
n
- Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of furnishings and goods with approval from the Regional Manager.
n
- Support project management of onsite trades during the fit-out period, including scheduling, access, and quality checks.
n
- Ensure the site remains safe and clean during fit-out and opening stages.
n
About You nn
- Experience in retail or hospitality management, or similar customer-facing leadership roles
n
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional and approachable style
n
- Highly organised and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks
n
- Energetic and happy being on your feet throughout the day
n
- Passionate about building community and creating positive experiences
n
