Reporting to Coordinator: Electrical, you will provide front line support and ensure all works are carried out in a safe, timely, cost effective and environmentally responsible manner and in compliance with relevant legislative and statutory requirements. You will assist to ensure all maintenance/electrical work is safely executed in accordance with the plan, while meeting all Gold Fields standards.

About You nn
- An Australian recognised Electrical Trade Qualification & WA Electrical License
n
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate
n
- High Voltage Switching qualifications and experience
n
- A current Electrical Nominee’s License
n
- SAP knowledge would be highly regarded
n
- Instrumentation experience is an advantage
n
- WA Manual Driver’s Licence
n
- Demonstrated leadership and performance development experience within a mining setting
n
- The ability to multitask, communicate clearly and be proactive is essentialPrevious Electrical Supervisory experience with strong practical knowledge

Duties Of The Role nn
- Manage day to day activities of electrical team inclusive of contractors.
n
- Ensuring all maintenance electrical works are completed in a safe manner and in compliance with established safe work procedures and systems;
n
- Ensure minimal disruption to production through ready access to critical parts, equipment and service providers by developing and maintaining sound working relationships and having contingency plans in place.

- Provide ongoing leadership and mentoring for the Electrical team through effective use of Performance Management Systems.
n
- Assist to develop and maintain training and development plans for the team.
