n The Harvey Norman Sunshine Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

n

As a 2IC, you have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

n

To be successful you must:
n Have a passion for retail
n Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
n Enjoy working in a team environment

n

What we require:
n Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
n A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets, timber floors and tiles to support customer queries
n Must be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home
n Current drivers license and own mode of transport preferable car is essential




n Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
n Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching, leading and engaging an enthusiastic team
n Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
n Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
n Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
n Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
n Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
