The Role
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an elevated client experience while helping establish the boutique as a destination for discerning collectors and luxury clientele. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, driving sales performance and acting as a true ambassador for the Maison's values, heritage and products.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a personalised and memorable luxury client experience at every touchpoint.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and boutique performance targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong client book through proactive networking, outreach and clienteling activities.




- Build lasting relationships with VIP clients, collectors and watch enthusiasts.
- Support boutique events, client appointments and exclusive activations.
- Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and operational excellence.

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience within luxury retail, premium retail, jewellery, fine watches or other high-end client-focused environments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for luxury, craftsmanship and delivering outstanding client service.
- Highly skilled presentation and attention to detail.
