RCL Consulting is working with a National Tier 2 to identify an experienced Site Manager for a health project in Brisbane.

Our client is a well-established national builder with a solid reputation for delivering quality projects across commercial, health, education and multi-residential sectors.

This is an opportunity to join an experienced project team and take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality construction project.

The Role

n

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard of quality.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel

n

Managing site programming, sequencing and logistics

n

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget

n

Maintaining high standards of WHS and site compliance

n

Managing quality, defects and project close-out

n

Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and construction documentation





n

Identifying and resolving site issues proactively

n

Leading and coordinating the wider site team

n

What You'll Bring

n

Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction

n

Experience across health, education, commercial, multi-residential or similar projects

n

Strong subcontractor and site team management skills

n

Sound understanding of construction programming and sequencing

n

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

n

High attention to detail with a focus on quality

n

Relevant trade or tertiary construction qualification preferred
