capital raising and restructures.

- Translate complex information into clear, practical outputs and presentations for directors and clients.
n
- Support and contribute to transaction processes, including M&A;, capital raising and strategic advisory engagements.
n
- Take ownership of your work, managing deliverables while collaborating closely with the wider team.

The Person n

As an accounting/audit professional you will have the following:

- Ideal for someone with Professional Service looking for commercially focused advisory role
n
- CPA or CA (or working towards)
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills
n
- Commercial mindset and the ability to advise on a range of complex issues.
