About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and detail-orientedSenior Accounts Administrator . You'll play a key role in the team, managing a busy office, while also supporting the Managing Director. Responsibilities will include;
- Inventory management and stock control
- Payroll processing and HR
- Receiving, reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy and completeness before processing payments
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, adhering to payment terms and schedules
- Managing incoming payments, ensuring they are allocated correctly to customer accounts
- General administration, data entry and office support
- Answering telephones and responding to email enquiries
- Working closely with Installations, Sales and Management to ensure the flow of information
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator who is capable of managing a busy workload. This is a varied, fast paced and pivotal role and requires a high level of organization, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
We'd like to hear from you if you have:
- Minium 5 years' experience working in a similar role - Accounts Administration (preferred)
- Experience in stock control, warehousing environment
- Demonstrates a high level of communication(verbal and written) and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and perform duties in a fast paced and varied role with robust organizational skills
- Experience in working collaboratively,building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Track record in creating strategies to drive and deliver continuous improvement
- Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability andto learn new internal programs and technology
- Solid work ethic, integrity, honesty, and commitment
