Property Manager - Residential - City Fringe

- Salary of $70,000 - $85,000 + super (dependent on your experience).

The role:

This opportunity has come about through continued growth, with a portfolio of approximately 130 properties located across the CBD and inner suburbs. You'll manage the portfolio end to end, building strong relationships with rental providers and renters while delivering a high standard of service and staying on top of all day-to-day portfolio activity.

this is an ideal role for a Property Manager who enjoys autonomy but also wants genuine team support.

Your day-to-day

- End-to-end management of a residential portfolio.
- Liaising with rental providers, renters and contractors.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs.
- Managing arrears, routine inspections, lease renewals and compliance.
- Delivering a high level of communication and customer service.
- Building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for new business.

About you:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Calm, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate/registration and a valid driver's licence.
