Key Responsibilities

- Fabricatingandweldingcustomcomponentsforarangeofprojects
- Interpretingtechnicaldrawings,plans,andfabricationspecifications
- Workingwithsteel,aluminium,andstainless-steelmaterials
- Usingfabricationtools,machinery,andworkshopequipmentsafely




- Completingweldingtaskswithastrongfocusonaccuracyandquality
- Assistingwithsiteinstallationsandprojectcompletionactivities
- Applyingpracticalknowledgetoidentifysolutionsduringfabricationandinstallation
- Workingalongsideexperiencedtradespeopleandprojectteams
- Communicatingeffectivelywithteammembersandclientswhenrequired
- Maintaininghighstandardsofsafety,housekeeping,andworkmanship
- Supportingprojectsfrominitialfabricationthroughtofinalinstallation

Requirements & Eligibility

- RecognisedtradequalificationinMetalFabrication,Boilermaking,Welding,orarelateddiscipline
- Demonstratedexperienceinfabricationandweldingenvironments
- Abilitytoconfidentlyreadandinterpretengineeringdrawings
- Strongunderstandingoffabricationprocessesandmaterials
- Provenabilitytoproduceaccurate,high-qualitywork
- Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoprofessionalstandards
- Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilecontributingpositivelytoateam
- Practicalmindsetwithstrongtroubleshootingandproblem-solvingskills
- Reliableworkethicwithasafety-firstapproach
- Willingnesstocompletebothworkshopandoccasionalsite-basedduties
