Job Description

Parade College in Melbourne seeks a Learning Diversity Leader to champion inclusive education and support academic and spiritual growth. The role focuses on leading the Learning Diversity Team and driving the NCCD model within the College.

You will oversee Coordinators and Support Officers, ensuring access to tailored services for NCCD students and advocating for all learners to achieve their potential. The position includes a teaching load and a Leadership Allowance.
